Inter-clan fighting in Walgak, Akobo County, and Waat, Nyirol County, of Jonglei State killed at least two people and wounded 11.
Medical charity MSF said 13 people sought treatment from gunshot wounds at their hospital in Lankien, northern Jonglei State, on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Two people died, including a 14-year old boy, from internal bleeding.
MSF evacuated eight patients to its hospital in Nasir, in Upper Nile, for surgery.
The charity said Lankien hospital was making preparations to receive other victims from the inter-clan fighting in Akobo.
A MSF team is preparing to visit the area to assess additional needs.
