Sudanese warplanes dropped at least three bombs over Kauda in Nuba Mountains on Wednesday morning.
No casualties were reported.Aerial attacks on rebel controlled territories of Nuba Mountains are ongoing since June 2011, following the breakout of war over state election results.
Kauda has been repeatedly targeted by Antonov bombers and MIG jetfighters from the Sudan Armed Forces.
Fighting between government and rebel forces intensified since late April, following recent attacks in Abu Karshola and Um Rawaba, in North and South Kordofan states.
