The catholic bishop of Tombura-Yambio on Wednesday issued a decree dissolving the Zande and English choirs of St Mary’s Parish in Yambio.
Bishop Eduardo Hiiboro Kusala said the decree come after a prolonged dispute between the choirs and the parish administration.The Bishop asked the parish administration to take over the animation of the religious services while the singers pray and reflect on their individual calling for God’s service in the Church.
The decree takes effect from the date of the announcement and both English and Zande Choirs were dissolved.
