Young self employed youth in Juba expressed positive and negative reactions for oil production resumption following the order for operating companies to start production.

CRN visit Juba market to find out opinions of people and reactions about the resumption of oil production in the country.

One of the youth in the market, Santino Makwach said the government of South Sudan is not serious to get the oil to the market, adding it could have done it long time ago.

He added that Khartoum politicians are very smart they may let South Sudan to export the oil through Port Sudan for a while and shut it down when their hidden agenda is achieved.

Arop Deng who sells second hand clothes said people are waiting for the oil to start to benefit the market all over the country.

Voices of self-employed youths indicate mixed feelings on the recently signed matrix for the implementation of the cooperation agreements.
