Wau North Court judges have suspended two SSTV-Wau branch journalists on Wednesday from covering court proceedings.
The Court accused the journalists of presenting the court trials before the state security meeting which they said was not allowed, Voice of Hope reported.It added that court proceedings were supposed to be broadcasted only for public information and not for security motives.
Journalists were allowed to cover the proceedings for record keeping.
Two journalists from the SSTV-Wau station Wednesday morning left the court following orders requesting them not to cover the hearing for MP Hassan Ngor Agwer.
The court on Thursday aloud the SSTV to cover specific sessions but the journalists did not turn up.
Wau branch SSTV- could not be reached for comments.
