Trading is facing obstacles along in the borders between Nuba Mountains and South Sudan.
A. Adam, a trader from Debi, Heiban County, said it was difficult to transport goods along the roads of South Sudan.He asked officers managing checkpoints in South Sudan to cooperate with traders of Nuba Mountains for them to provide goods to the people of Nuba Mountains.
Mr Adam said traders faced currency problems while running business in the border areas.
He said they lose much money to exchanged Sudanese pounds into South Sudanese currency.
Mr Adam added that the goods in South Sudan were not expensive but the transport cost a lot of money.
