The ruling party expressed concern over the lack of human power to run health posts in the various counties of Central Equatoria.

SPLM-Central Equatoria Assistant Secretary for Popular Organization Martin Mulai said the party was anxious about the need to find options to answer the demands of the people in rural areas.

He said payams have health care facilities ready to welcome sick people but health workers refuse to stay in isolated areas, preferring to work in towns.

Mr Mulai asked people to remain calm and patient because the SPLM was determined to bring good health services to rural areas.

Mr Mulai pointed that complains against chiefs in the community remained a challenge to the local authorities in of the various payams of the state.

He said chiefs sell illegally land to earn their living.
