The Magistrate of Wau North Court started the hearing procedures on the case of Wau-Busseri road blockade.
Four of the 11 accused are being represented three defence lawyers.The lawyers appeared only yesterday to represent defendants number one, two, three and four, on the trial against youths who blocked the road on December 8.
The 11 suspects of Busseri case are charged with a number of offenses, including criminal participation on protest, instigation of violence against government, procession of weapon, disturbing traffic movement.
Hearings on the Busseri case will resume next Monday as requested by the Government legal consultants.
Another four suspects from the Prison Service Forces were presented before the Court charged with different cases connected to the Wau incidents.
The hearing on the Prison officers takes place next Monday afternoon.
