WESTERN EQUATORIA SPEAKER URGES CITIZENS TO STICK TO CHURCH FOR PEACE

The Speaker of Western Equatorial Legislative Assembly has advised citizens to stick to the churches in order to live peacefully.

Bage James Elisa paid a visit to Tombura County on Tuesday to tell the citizens about the 2013 key priorities in the state, Anisa Radio reported.

He said education and agriculture remained key priorities, urging all citizens to double their efforts to cultivate more than last year to earn money for their children’s education.

Mr Bage reminded that in the year 2011 Tombura County won the agriculture fair context despite of inconsistent rainfalls.

He said the state government will not tolerate lazy people this year because they bring down development.

The speaker asked Tombura county authorities to open a camp for IDPs coming from Western Bahr el Ghazal State.
