The Catholic Bishop of Yei has called on the population of Tore to make education priority to foster development.
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe was among the officials who attended the inauguration of Tore Payam Headquarters and other public buildings on Saturday, Radio Easter reported.He appealed to Tore’s daughters and sons to join primary and secondary school and prepare to be good teachers.
Bishop Lodu said Tore people were farming well.
He added that although the payam has a new operation theatre it needs equipment.
