A hospital in Nuba Mountains graduated Firday 51 nurses who received on-the-job training during six months.
Gidel Parish Priest Francis Angela asked the nurses to continue rendering their services to the community during the graduation ceremony.Mother of Mercy Hospital Medical Director Tom Catena appreciated the work done by the tutors, especially Sister Maria Teresa who organized the course.
He asked the graduates to take her good example and imitate her when they become qualified nurses.
Mother of Mercy Hospital Acting Matron Grace Adio thanked the nurses for completing their training.
Some government officials were among the attendants at the graduation ceremony in Gidel.
