The Catholic Bishop of Yei has called on locals to be role models to other counties in Central Equatoria and in the country.
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe made the appeal during the New Year’s mass at Christ the King Cathedral in Yei, Radio Easter reported.Bishop Lodu said Yei was an important county and the residents should set the example as peace lovers.
The Bishop appealed to people not to fear the authorities because they were trying their level best to bring peace.
Bishop Lodu advised people to be kind to one another.
