Lainya County Commissioner said the cattle problem affecting the area will come to an end soon.
Huda Michael Laila called on the cattle keepers of Lainya County not to allow their animals to roam freely and destroy crops in the fields, Radio Easter reported.She announced that the cattle belonging to Mundari people were taken to Terekeka and only one family is still in Lainya County waiting for a delegation to discuss their issues.
Ms Michael urged surveyor to map the county to enable a development program.
She assured the citizens that security in the county is tight and people should not worry about safety measures.
The commissioner made these statements on Sunday during the celebration that marked the beginning of the Holy Family parish in Lainya.
