GOVERNOR KONGA RESHUFFLES CENTRAL EQUATORIA CABINET

The Governor of Central Equatoria State has on Sunday issued a number of gubernatorial decrees reshuffling his government.

Clement Wani Konga created two new ministries of Environment and Youth and Sports and took Professor Paul Lodu Bureng from the Ministry of Animal Resources and Fisheries to Finance and Economic Development.

The Governor appointed Gerard Francis to head the Ministry of Animal Resources and Fisheries and transferred Jacob Aligo lo Lodu from Finance to Information and Hotels and Tourism.

Governor Konga appointed Professor Scopas Dima Jibi to the Ministry of Education.

The new ministry of environment is headed by Robin Latio.

Governor Konga assigned Cecilia Oba the ministry of Cabinet Affairs.

He appointed the former Deputy Mayor David Lokonga as the new Minister for Youth and Sports and Hakim Deng Majus became the new Juba Deputy Mayor.

The Governor issued other decrees taking the Clerk of State Assembly, Yunis Allala Loro, to the Reconstruction and Development Fund.

Paulino Beda is the new clerk.

Mr Konga appointed Mario Taban Colombos as the Executive Director of State Revenue Authority and George Loro as a Deputy Secretary-General of the Central Equatoria state.
