MUSLIM YOUTH LEADERS CALL FOR RECONCILIATION

Muslim youths are calling on the people of South Sudan to refrain from violence, hate and tribalism and cling to reconciliation and peace to achieve development.

CRN asked some young Muslim leaders to give their messages for the Eid al Adha, the Feast of the Sacrifice.

Muslim Youth Secretary-General Abdallah Daraj said people have to embark on development rather than hatred and all reasons that tear the nation apart.

He called for coexistence and good social relations among the tribes of South Sudan.

Mr Daraj congratulated Muslims in South Sudan and the world in general.

He said the Muslim community was happy for the festival.

Mr Daraj wished all the people in South Sudan stability, security and development.

Ansar Al Suna Secretary Ayul Chol Ador congratulated all Muslims and called on them to share the animals they sacrificed with their neighbours to increase the joy of the celebration.

The Muslim youths acknowledged the peaceful religious coexistence in South Sudan.

They wished all the people in the country a happy Feast of the Sacrifice.
