Western Equatoria artist is arrested on Monday and detained in the police custody in Yambio.
Artist BBB Musica is under-arrest for singing about his in-laws in the “Abapia Berewe” album.Humeko Leone who opened a court case against BBB Musica told Anisa Radio that this musician was blaspheming his clan of “Abapia” with so much abusive words and insults.
He said he wants the artist to tell him in the court the reasons for putting his name and his relatives into the song.
Emmy J. Yoere one of the artist blamed the two sides for failing to discuss the matter in the family before reaching the court.
He also blamed the process taken for arresting his co-musician like a criminal.
Ms. Lucia Leone a niece of the abused clan said her relatives are traumatized from the songs of BBB Musica.
Investigations continue in the police before sending the case to the court.
