Lack of fuel to run Zain stations is affecting its network in Northern Bahr El Ghazal State.
Peter Mou Kuan Bol, Zain agent for Greater Bahr El Ghazal region, said the towers cannot work without fuel, Internews reported.
He explained that if the Akon Zain station lacks the fuel then it automatically stops the whole Zain network in Northern Bahr El Ghazal.
Mou said that the Zain network has been affected in most areas far from Juba, but that trucks of fuel are on their way from Juba.
Zain customers have been complaining of poor network.
Mou affirms that this would be fixed when the fuel arrives.
South Sudan has been experiencing fuel shortages on and off since Sudan closed its borders in May 2011.
