A global financial services firm has opened an office in Juba.
Ernst & Young is a world leader in providing assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services with a strength of 160,000 people spread in 140 associated firms in five areas.Ernst & Young Country Managing Partner Patrick Kamau said in a statement the firm is poised to training South Sudanese to take up the functional and administrative roles in the company in the short, medium and long term.
He added that the presence of the firm in South Sudan will benefit clients in financial sector, oil and gas, mining, agriculture and the donor community, areas on which the government is placing special focus.
