Officials from the national ministry of commerce have received training to improve private sector businesses in the country.

Jacob Kjenbfen, International Development officer from the International Monitory Fund, told reporters that the IMF was in Juba to help the ministry of commerce develop strategies to attract private companies into South Sudan, Bakhita Radio reported.

Mr Jacob said the nationality of the investor was not a priority.

He added that the economic stability and employment were more important.
