The county commissioners who took office this week in Central Equatoria should team up with local forces to serve the public.
The call comes from Central Equatoria minister for Local Government Alberto Pitia.He told Radio Easter that commissioners should work hard in coordination with the local assembly, chiefs, security committee and the business community to render services.
Mr Pitia urged the local population to use the fertile conditions of Greater Yei to increase food production in order to reduce imports from neighboring countries.
The local minister was in Greater Yei to witness the new Lainya and Morobo county commissioners to take office.
