Warrap State Ministry of Finance has paid its civil servants full salary for the month of July.
Acting governor Victor Atem Atem told Voice of Hope over the phone from Kwajok that the state received the same amount in the July salaries.He added that operation and development money is the one deducted by15-percent.
Mr Atem explained that the state has stopped collecting the contribution from the civil servants salaries for supporting the army.
He said the situation at the borders has returned to normal.
The workers in Warrap state received their July salary on Friday in line with the promise of President Salva Kiir Mayardit that the Government would not touch salaries but cut allowances.
