UNMISS VETS CHECK OVER 1,000 ANIMALS IN JONGLEI

The Indian Military Contingent from the United Nations Mission in South Sudan has checked over 1,000 animals during a Veterinary Aid Camp held in Pibor, Jonglei State, two days ago.

The Indian vets provided assistance to 802 cattle, 242 sheep and 47 goats, UNAMID News bulletin reported.

The camp was held in collaboration with Jonglei State Ministry of Animal Resources and Fisheries, with the support of SPLA 47 Brigade.
