The Secretary-General of the South Sudan Islamic Council is calling for peace among South Sudanese during the festival that marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
Al Thahir Bior Ajak urged Muslims and non Muslims to celebrate well the breaking of the fast.He urged the followeer of all creeds to live in peace and respect one another because they form one family: the people of South Sudan.
Mr Bior told CRN that the people of South Sudan have to live together as one in peace and respecting their religious leaders.
He appealed to all to support the national government.
