Juba’s Atlabara Football Club yesterday played a friendly match in Yambio with Villa United, a local team, at Gbudue Stadium.
State Minister for Youths and Sports Gipson Bullen Wande kick started the game, Anisa FM reported.Atrabara won 4-3.
Atlabara captain Zackaria Mohamed said they weren warmly welcomed by the state authorities and by other players.
He added that the match was in total peace.
Villa United captain Basare Pascal Luka said his players are strong.
He added that he hopes next time to do better.
He announced that Villa United will soon go to Juba for another friendly match.
Today Atlabara will play against Nile City, in Yambio.
