The SPLM-Lainya County has held an inter-party dialogue with the SSDF, the South Sudan Democratic Forum.
Lainya County press secretary Bullen Lugala told Radio Easter over the phone that the meeting was called by Jackson Onesimo Sindani, who heads the SPLM, to devise the way forward on how the two parties can work together.Mr Lugala said Mr Onesimo underlined that the two parties are united and ready to support the county in terms of development.
SSDF-Lainya chairperson Eriko Laku urged the people to put behind the divisions of the elections campaign and open the doors of development.
He assured the Commissioner that the SSDF is ready to work together with the SPLM to support the county.
Commissioner Tereka Shadrak appreciated the effort of the two parties to work together.
He urged a peaceful coexistence between the SPLM and the SSDF.
The meeting was attended by 82 party members.
