Business structures illegally built on Mahad Basic School land next to Konyo Konyo market are to be demolished.
Central Equatoria Government spokesperson Francis Barson Yuwasa told reporters that the State Council of Ministers asked the education state minister to produce a map of the school land within the next seven days.He added that the ministry has one week to investigate whether owners of structures on the school land have legal documents and where they obtained them from.
Mr Barson revealed that all businesses within school land will be closed and demolished.
He said owners will be cleared out whether they have legal document or not because the land belongs to school.
Mr Barson revealed that his Government threatens to expel people who allowed businesses to operate by their fences out of the government houses around Mahda Basic School.
