Residents of Bentiu, the capital of Unity State, reported this morning for work as usual despite of Sudanese airplane bombardments on Friday and Saturday.
At least nine people were killed, mostly civilians, and 11 wounded in both air attacks.Boniface Taban, a journalist reporting from Bentiu, told CRN over the phone that people reported to work this morning.
He said the situation in normal and people cannot worry about the bombardments but must go on with their lives.
Mr Taban said that SAF, the Sudan Armed Forces, bombarded Mayom last evening.
Eight people were killed and 11 injured by the bombs dropped by SAF planes.
