Youths living in SPLM-North controlled areas of Nuba Mountains held yesterday a public discussion on political affairs and the current situation in the state in Heiban.
Heiban County SPLM-North Youth Political Chairman Simon I. said the participants agreed to form a committee called international relations.He explained that the committee will report on the outcome of meetings, document information and post it in the internet for the world to know the situation of the youth in Nuba Mountains.
Mr I. added that the debates will continue once or twice a month.
The party is also planning a General Nuba Youth Conference.
He condemned migration of Nuba people.
Mr I. urged everyone to remain in their places.
He added that only secondary students should go out of Nuba Mountains.
Over 20 people are leaving Heiban daily for Yida refugee camp, in Unity state, to Juba and to Yei.
