The youth in SPLM-North controlled areas of Nuba Mountains were called to take part in a public debateson political affairs and the situation in the state.
The open debate takes place in Kauda tomorrow afternoon.Simon I. is the SPLM Youth Political Chairman in the Heiban County. He said the meeting focus on the current political situation, youth’s roles, vision and mission of the SPLM-North and analysis of the future.
Mr I. said the meeting intends to collect the views of the youth.
He urged young people to remain in Nuba Mountains, except students, to defend the land and take care of the people and desist from going abroad.
This is the first time the SPLM-North organizes a general meeting on migration and the role of youth in the region to build up a spirit of nationalism and loyalty since the beginning of war in June of last year.
