The UN Mission in South Sudan terminated the contracts of more than 50 staff from Abyei.
Some contracts have been terminated already and others will end this month.One of the victims told SCR News on condition of anonymity that UMISS refused to re-assign them in South Sudan on the argument that they were not South Sudanese.
She added that they were instead told to go back to Abyei if they want reassignment.
She said they lost everything in Abyei and now losing the job is yet another blow.
