Residents at Morobo County in Central Equatoria have not been able to have any access to exchange their old Sudanese Pounds with the new South Sudanese Pounds since the launch of the new currency.
According to findings researched yesterday in three major trading centres in Morobo County, business people said were unhappy because they were still receiving the old pounds from buyers and the time to change the money was ticking away.The traders threatened to stop receiving the old pound from August 20.
They called upon the Government to send a team that can exchange their money before September 1.
