Rose Nyoka Hakim, herself a disabled person, said the new government should include a minister with disability.
She added that the disabled should also benefit from services offered to the public.
Chris Woodburn is the project manager of Handicap International. He said the government is excluding people living with disabilities from many processes of nation building.
He called upon the government to listen to the organizations for the disabled so that they are included in the new Republic of South Sudan.

Handicap International is urging the government of South Sudan to sign the convention to build a full and non-discrimination society for some of the most marginalized citizens.
