The Secretary for Labour Relations in South Sudan Workers Trade Union lamented rampant illegal termination of employees in the private sector.

Speaking to Bakhita Radio, George Paul said many employees in the private sector are not granted contracts to sign and are vulnerable for expulsion from work.

Paul called upon workers in the private sector to sign an agreement before carrying out the duties assigned to him.

He explained that his office is trying to solve problems facing the workers across the region.

He said his office is open to receive any complaints from the employees of any state.

Southern Sudan Workers Trade Union was established in early August 2010.

The body is charged with the responsibility of looking into the grievances of the employees in the region.
