The Catholic Archbishop of Juba told Christians to imitate Christ in his suffering, death and resurrection.
Archbishop Paolino Lukudu Loro presented his Easter message to the press this morning.He said Christ is a model for the life of all Christians.
Archbishop Lukudu said Christian life is genuine and honest because of the resurrection of Christ.
He called upon the Sudanese and southerners in particular to learn a lesson of suffering from Christ and transform their hearts to prepare for independence.
Archbishop Lukudu said all the evil should be wiped away by death and resurrection of Christ and awaits a new Republic of south Sudan with a clean hearts without corruption and greed for power and money.
Archbishop Lukudu was speaking this morning when giving his Easter Message.
