Lologo North and Central, in Juba County, is to have new roads to serve the residential area and as a result some houses will de demolished.
Yacub Kenya, deputy chairman of Lologo Demarcation Committee, told Bakhita Radio that the new roads will allow services to reach the area that does not benefit from water and electricity services yet.Mr. Kenya promised that the affected families will be relocated within the area of Lologo.
Lologo resident Francis Julius whose home is likely to be destroyed tomorrow lamented that the authorities waited for the rainy season to start demolitions.
He said the authorities should give a plot to the affected families before starting the demolitions.
The demolitions for the new of roads in Lologo should start tomorrow.
