The vice chancellor of University of Juba said it was important for the governments of the three states of Equatoria to invest on education institutions that produce excellent workforce.
Agrey Abate told the participants at the Equatoria Conference 2011 that there are problems with capacity building in South Sudan, because there is no good investment on education.
He said it was possible to build capacity when the education system was strengthened.
Prof. Abate added that there was need to maintained security and peace to attract investors to the country.
