A group of midwives and nurses are taking part in a five-day training workshop organized by the Multi Donor Trust Fund in Lainya County.
Lainya County press secretary Bullen Lugala told Easter Radio that the health officials are learning about the positions of unborn babies and the training will be repeated in other counties of Central Equatoria.Lawrence Sallah from South Sudan Relief Commission told the 15 participants that the workshop will equip them with good capacity to help pregnant women and babies in the county.
Participant Margaret Maling said she learned about the position of unborn babies in the womb.
Sue added that she will pass on the knowledge from the workshop to other health workers in her payam.
