The Don Bosco Easter football tournament kicked off yesterday at the new Don Bosco Football pitch in Tonj, Warrap State.
The Director of Don Bosco FM, Father Cyril Odia, said more than 12 teams registered for the tournament.He added that the tournament was organized for boys below 14 years of age.
Fr. Odia said the event is a token for the young boys as they celebrate the Feast of Easter.
The director added that the weather was brewed to go with the tournament and he could not hide his enthusiasm predicting a great time for both players and fans.
The maiden tournament is sponsored by the Don Bosco Mission Youth Center department as they launch their new youth center office at Don Bosco FM House.
