The Community Initiative Support Programme CISP is to establish a house for street children in Juba.

CISP is a local organization that will expand the programme to all the ten states of south Sudan.

Talking to SCR news, Jacob Chol Atem, founder of the organization said he is in Juba to talk with the GoSS cabinet and NGOs to help build up the project in the region. He would visit other ten states and to talk with the local authorities to implement the project there.

Mr. Chol said he is planning to build permanent buildings for the staff and street children in all the states of the south, and have the main office in Juba.
He explained that he met some street children in Juba yesterday and discussed with them how they should meet when their house is completed.

The CISP is an initiative started in 1992 in Khartoum to support southern Sudan street children in Khartoum. CISP head office will move to Juba after the completion of the building and guest house for the staff.
