Pascal Bandinol explained that recruitment of task force actors who would coordinate the referendum commission and the government is key to its effectiveness.
Mr. Bandinol urged the government to have a voice in the recruitment of the task force if they are to achieve their motives, and stressed that, though the SPLM has a big role as an overseer, it should not dominate the task force groups.
Mr. Bandinol said the task force is there to link the government and the referendum commission.
The referendum is just five months away for the people of south Sudan to decide on either secession or unity.
