EASTERN EQUATORIA FORMS EMPLOYMENT AND PROMOTIONS BOARD

Eastern Equatoria state ministry of Public Service, Labour and Human Resource Development formed state employment and promotions board on July 21 2010.The state employment and promotions board was formed by Directors of the different ministries during a meeting at the office of the minister of Public Service, Labour and Human Resource Development, Emmanuel Radio reported.

The Director General of Public Service, Gildo Abala Remy, was elected to head the six-member board.

Eastern Equatoria minister of Public Service, Labour and Human Resource Development, Emilio William Odingila, said all the Director Generals are inclusive on the board to handle issues of their respective directorates.
Mr. Odingila described the board as an effective work force to eliminate tribalism and corruption in the state. He stressed that the board will oversee the units of Public Service, Labour and Human Resource Development.
