Human Rights Watch is urging Chad to enforce the International Criminal Court arrest warrant for Mr. Bashir.
As wanted for Genocide, Mr. Bashir should have been arrested in Chad last night.
However, Mr. Bashir was given the warmest of welcomes and allowed to enter the capital N’djamena, Reuters reported.
Mr. Bashir seems to ignore the warrant against him by making his first visit to a member state of the International Criminal Court.
Christopher Hall, the senior legal advisor at Amnesty International said Chad should not shield Bashir from international justice.
