Addressing the participants at the workshop in Ngangalla, Dr. Hillary Okanyi, Chairman of LOCODO, said the workshop was meant to elaborate a strategic development work plan in Lokoya villages for five years. He congratulated the participants for the work plan that every village development committee (VDC) presented to LOCODO for consideration. These plans will be developed into complete strategic plans for LOCODO.
The workshop drew some forty five participants from across the villages of Lokoya. The Lokoya community praised the initiative as the start for development in the area since the signing of the CPA.
