A youth music brass band from Tonj Mission has arrived in Rumbek to perform at the occasion of the priestly ordination of Deacon John Mathiang.
James Manut is the team leader of Don Bosco Band which has been rehearsing in preparation for the Sunday celebration. He told Good News Radio that the team in Rumbek consists of thirty youths.
The youth expressed joy to be able to perform at the occasion of the priestly ordination of their brother, saying they were proud and happy for him.
The youth also said they hoped to get inspiration from the celebration to serve God as priests, sisters or brothers, adding that it will be a source of blessings.
Deacon John Mathiang, 33 years old, will be ordained on tomorrow Sunday by His Lordship Caesar Mazzolari.
