GoSS minister of Information Benjamin Marial Barnaba told the press that the vice president of southern Sudan and the referendum task force would travel to Khartoum to attend the launching.
Mr. Marial said that the launching will mark the kick off of the negotiations and will highlight the agenda to be discussed
Mr. Marial said that the motive was to inform the people of Sudan that post referendum arrangement have started.
The discussion s are to come with a key framework that would provide a guide incase of unity of separation of Sudan
