Catholic women groups gathered today in Juba today to meditate the word of God to strengthen their faith.
The women evangelizers came from different parishes under the arch diocese of Juba to share their life experiences in the light of the word o f God.
Sister Cathy of Solidarity for Southern Sudan (SSS) told SCR News that such sharing would give women a vision when they realized their dignity, inner freedom and the call to be agents of social change.
The sister said that scripture meditation and sharing would make them have mission in life and a better self image
Rose Lino said that all things are possible in Jesus’ name.
Veronica Mikeh. Noted that the gathering symbolized the unity of the church as one body to help women share their difficulties and get relieved.
Madam Mekyi said that women did not have the chance to be together, and they were after peace in the families and in Sudan
The Comboni missionary sister undertook the monthly recollection to strengthen women through the word of God.
