The Central Equatoria Traffic Police started Monday to arrest vehicles and drivers with no legal documents.
In early march many motor circles without number plates and insurance were arrested.
Nearly two thousand motor cycles have been arrested so far. Martin Wani, director of the Traffic police of Central Equatoria state in private conversation with SCR news did not disclose where the drivers can obtain legal documents including driving licenses. Many drivers especially motor cycle riders are in hiding for fear of arrest.
