The Al-Qaeda may have helped four men on the death row escape from a Khartoum top security prison.

Officials said four suspects sentenced to death for the killing of a USAID official and his driver in 2008 received help in their escape from Kobar prison last week.

Interpol issued a security alert based on the assessment that the killers of the U.S. official might have fled Sudan.
