About seventeen Juba University students were injured when inter-ethnic fighting broke out at the university on Saturday and Sunday.
Lual Garang, a student at the university, said the root cause of the fight started in the dinning room between two students which later involved other students, SRS reported.Another student, who spoke on condition of anonymity, attributed the fighting to inadequate food at the university.
The university authorities declined to comment.
