A group of senior women from Lakes and Northern Bahr el Ghazal are under going a five-day training on public service management.
The training takes place in Juba and 45 women are taking part on it.Speaking to SCR News, Nellie Mayshak, governance and public service specialist, said the training aimed at providing more skills to senior women in public service management.
Mrs. Mayshak explained that the training focused also on explaining to the participants what the government system was and their roles in the respective offices.
This was the forth and last training session offered to women serving in the public service, both in GoSS and the ten states of southern Sudan.
